Terms and Conditions

• Three Oak Road will attempt to perform a maximum of four (4) sets of 45-minutes in duration depending on the length of the event and formalities.

 • Should your event endure unforeseen delays or changes in schedule, we commit to delivering the equivalent playing duration of (3) sets of 45 minutes in duration.
 We will work around the night to ensure sets are spread evenly to suit the proceedings. Where possible, we will attempt either a fourth (4th) set or if necessary, we will shorten or lengthen set times to work around proceedings.

 • Sets will be structured in the following manner: one (1) set of background/dinner music and three (3) sets of party music.

 • We agree to allow full use of our PA system including microphone for use by your master of ceremonies (MC) or host if applicable.

 • We agree to allow full use of our PA system for use with an iPod for use as background music
 a) as your guests arrive and b) in between sets.
 You may supply your own pre-prepared iPod or Spotify playlist, or alternatively we can arrange for suitable and appropriate background music.

• A deposit of $150.00 is necessary to secure any booking and is non refundable.

 • No alterations to decrease the size of the band can be accommodated after the deposit has been paid as the musicians have now been locked in and are forgoing other work to be at your event.

 • Complete payment is due prior to the event. Payment can be in the form of cash or bank transfer.

 • The band provides a full PA System, a microphone for speeches and the musical equipment required for the day. The lighting, PA and performers musical equipment is not for use by the guests unless previously agreed and at the band's discretion.
 If any equipment is damaged as a result of either a guest or bad weather and inappropriate setup conditions, we will issue you with an invoice for the cost of repairs.

 • Three Oak Road is not liable or responsible for any damage or injuries sustained to you or patrons during the event.

 • The quoted booking fee includes Three Oak Road being on site with a finish time no later than 11:30pm.

 • Any abuse from guests at the event will not be tolerated and Three Oak Road reserves the right to cease services if deemed necessary and the safety of the band is at risk.

 • In the highly unlikely event that a musician becomes unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be consulted on suitable replacement options.
 This is strictly a case by case basis and is primarily only to become an issue in the event that our lead singer becomes unavailable.


CANCELLATION POLICY

 • Please take careful note that a 50% cancellation fee shall apply should you cancel the booking within four weeks of the event date. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be returned or transferred. Please note: the ONLY exception to this cancellation policy is referred to in our COVID-19 policy.


COVID-19 POLICY

 • Three Oak Road will work with the venue and/or vendors to adhere to any restrictions that may be in place at the date of event. A full refund of the booking fee and deposit amount will be offered if the event is forced to be cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
In the case of a postponement, the deposit amount can be transferred to a new date if Three Oak Road is available.
